The Responsorium is the flagship model. It is constructed of Columbus XCr stainless steel tubing. While stainless steel doesn't impart any magical ride qualities it does allow the frame to be a little lighter than the Marcelo. Dario designed this frame to be very comfortable without giving up the responsiveness for which his frames are justifiably famous. It features cylindrical non-tapering stays coupled with his signature hooded dropouts. This keeps the rear triangle stiff enough for tremendous power transfer while retaining enough comfort for all-day rides. Since he incorportated his FALZ carbon fork and Chris King D11 headset into this frame, the front triangle dimensions have increased, allowing larger riders to enjoy it's benefits. This is the only frame in Pegoretti's line-up with a recommended weight limit of 120 kg (264 lbs).

The Marcelo is constructed of Heat-treated Columbus LIFE tubing with the front triangle employing the same tube diameters as the Responsorium. The rear triangle has slightly larger, cylindrical seatstays, resulting in a slightly stiffer and more responsive ride. The Marcelo is built with hooded drop-outs and comes with a Falz carbon fork and D11 headset. It is a great choice for a stronger and/or heavier rider. It is still a comfortable ride, but will give up a little of the comfort of the Responsorium.
Dario designed the FALZ carbon fork to have exceptional lateral stiffness in order to enhance responsiveness. It's look is reminiscent of a traditional flat-crown fork, allowing for slightly longer fork blades for improved compliance and tire clearance (25mm or more). The Chris King D11 headset is included and was designed by Dario in conjunction with Chris King. It is essentially a standard Chris King GripLock™ headset with larger cups in order to accomodate Pegoretti's oversized head tubes and for improved esthetics in conjunction with the FALZ carbon fork. The D11 headset uses standard King bearings.

Duende: The heightened state of emotion, typically associated with Flamenco
The Duende is a little closer to a "traditional" frame than Dario's other frames. It is constructed of Columbus ZONA tubeing without heat-treatment. The rear triangle is constructed with more traditional, tapering stays and more conventional dropouts. The Duende comes with a Falz carbon fork and D11 headset. The Duende is not quite as stiff as the Marcelo or the Responsorium, but it is well suited for someone looking for a comfortable "all-day" bike which, non-the-less, does everything well. The tubing is still oversized in comparison with traditional steel framesets.

Dario Pegoretti began his apprenticeship with master frame builder Luigino Milani in 1975. Named after Dario's mentor, the Luigino is his interpretation of a classic, lugged Italian road race bicycle. Available only by special order, it employs a traditional 1 inch headset and comes with a custom steel fork.

For the rider who wants the ultimate in stiffness and responsiveness, there is the Big Leg Emma. Named for the Frank Zappa/Mothers of Invention song and for Dario's mother, this frame shares the front triangle of the Marcelo, but has reinforcing plates brazed inside the downtube for additional stiffness. The chainstays are massive and help to create an amazingly stiff frame while retaining classic Pegoretti comfort. This is a great frame for very large and/or very strong riders, especially those who love the sprint. Available by special order only and with the FALZ carbon fork and the D11 headset.

Love#3? "Because even intellectuals fall in love at least three times in their lifetimes."
An aluminum Pegoretti, the new Love #3 respects the original’s killer feel, but boasts a larger diameter headtube of 43mm, up from 39mm on the original. The new headtube is stiffer and blends better with the rest of the frames custom, over-sized Columbus Alloy tubing. But with a 4mm advantage over the original Love #3, the redesigned headtube required an entirely new headset, the Chris King D19.

Round
Round blends bespoke Columbus XCR tubing with 3D printed stainless steel dropouts (a first on a Pegoretti), and a new rear triangle and brake bridge design that affords superior lateral stiffness and responsiveness. Named in honour of Dario's sign-off handle for which, the first generation of Round features an original graphic called ‘Texas Flood’, inspired by Dario’s love for the music of Stevie Ray Vaughan, the city of Austin, Texas and a certain colourful cowboy belt brought back from that same city.

"Falz" is a norwegian slangword for a person who prefers "healthy" junkfood like falafels, rather than the real goods as for instance shawarmas and shish's.
Actually "Falz" translates into english from Dario Pegoretti's home dialect as "sickle". Had you. Falz is a premium carbon fibre road cycling fork, designed, prepared and painted in-house at Pegoretti. Designed in conjunction with the Chris King D11 (and now the Chris King D19) headset, with which it is included on most Pegoretti frames. Pegoretti can paint it in a variety of RAL reference codes (including custom colours on request), making Falz an excellent choice for the rider seeking a colour-matched carbon fork. Falz is available in a choice of two rakes: 45mm and 50mm.
